Who We Are

A Pagdandi ( पगडंडी) is a trail shaped gradually by people walking through fields, forests, and open ground a quieter, unconventional way, away from the well-trodden road.
That idea lies at the heart of what we do.

Pagdandi Films is a London-based production company dedicated to telling honest, human-centred stories. Whether we are creating documentaries, brand films, corporate content, or commercial campaigns. We believe that every individual, community, and organisation has a unique perspective worth sharing. The most meaningful stories often emerge not from the spotlight, but from the moments, experiences, and values that shape who we are.
For us, filmmaking is both a responsibility and a privilege. It gives us access to people's lives, ideas, ambitions, and vulnerabilities, and we approach that trust with curiosity, empathy, and respect. We see the filmmaker as a bridge between those who have something to share and those willing to truly listen.

Naveen “Macro” Kumar

Naveen “Macro” Kumar is a neurodiverse documentary filmmaker, photographer, and visual storyteller driven by curiosity about people and everyday life. Previously working as a photo and video journalist in India, he focused on stories from marginalised communities often overlooked by mainstream media.

When he’s not filming, he enjoys exploring London on his bike with a camera nearby. His dream is to build a mobile production van and travel, making intimate short documentaries about people he meets on the road. Naveen believes every person has a story worth telling, and that meaningful films can also be quiet, simple, and deeply human.
